hl problem

well it ain't really a problem but it certainly is annoying.

whenever i connect to a server my half life automaticly minimizes. so when i then enter the game i have no sound. so i need to close down hl and rejoin. then it doesn't minimize and i have sound.

so this means i need to join a game twice before i can play.

any suggestions???

Press Esc
Then click resume - that normally solves it

but how comes that everytime i connect to a server hl minimizes???

I would guess that maybe another program is running in the background. It might possibly be causing you to minimize once you connect. The next time it minimizes, you might check and see if something else is trying to open.
