Some people will do anything for money! I bet that poor attendant had not even been thinking of that. As long as she did not say the last phrase she should be fine, as for the 2 african americans wanting to sue, that is just outrageous!

How freaking stupid.. Sue Southwest one of the cheapest Airlines out there, and watch the fares go up. And not to mention the impact these stupid lawsuits have on Insurance rates.

There should be an award for such idiots... Lawsuits over something that didn't directly involve those who file them. Pathetic! My award goes to that women from up in Pa somewhere who was on the city council<This disgrace to her race> brought a lawsuit up against the only K-9 police officers "Drug dog" insighting that it was a trained racist! If any of you have ever flown Southwest, all the attendants and even the pilots often say quirky things to get a laugh and help every one enjoy the flight, so someone has to take a great idea and ruin it, once again my personal motto fits well here: PEOPLE RUIN THINGS!

There have been several other cases like this.

It happens alot the black community or whatever you want to call it has an atvantage with the news media so generally whenever something like that happens the idea pops in their had and bam lawsuit.But I would love to be a judge on a stupid case like this I would laugh them out of court. And how the heck is that racism? well because they were black and a white person gave them a command just because they were black. No its because they know they can press charges and get money.

This reminds me of the prisoner who claims he was descriminated against because the prison cafeteria worker didn't give him an extra brownie, and he sued (and amazingly won).
