Based on the quality of the site I figured he had to be somebody famous, but no, I have never heard of him.
His style is rediculous. He is just a joke right?

Regardles of who this guy Ali G is, that Flash on his Web page is incredible. That's got to be the highest-quality Flash I've ever seen.
