nope I have windows 98 and Borg im sure not gonna wait 3 hours to download all those models and sprites from the server

well just make sure you put it all in your TFC folder, man that sounds extremly familiar, oh wait, never mind what I just said, download it to your TFC folder, that should work better.

It only takes me about 20 minutes to get the files for neo on my 56k connection.

yeah I have 56k to but mine is a lot slower because our internet provider is to cheap to buy any more lines and I have timed it one time and it did end up 2hours and 56 minutes close enough to 3

Was that the time it took you to dl a patch or to get JUST the neo stuff from the server? That time sounds more like the time it takes to dl a patch.

It takes 7 hours for me to get the patch it takes 3 to download ntf from server

I would then suggest you unzip the files to your tfc directory
C:\Sierra\Counter-Strike\tfc
