Bots on TV1?

There are 10 bots in TV1....it seems they've been there all day.

Is this new?

I thought the bots on the server were cool. There was atleast soemthing to do while nobody was on. I think it will also incline more people to join tv1.

The bots weren't that bad either. I think that Dah4x is right.... they have aimbots running. They never miss!

The bots suck at tayconc though.

That would explain why there were 10 people online in the middle of the night and all seemed to have impecable aim! so i go to check the stats and they dont exist.

they can be easy target sometimes, but like ham said, its nice to be able to at least play something when no one else is on.

Pondscum, I dont think the lag is caused by the bots. Pings actually seemed to have gotten better since those things showed up. Its probably the 4 High Flow Delta fans and Neon Lights in your Computer jk... And damn do they ever talk some smack!

haha perhaps... ive seen ALOT of an increase of people playign on TV1, but im not sure if its the bots or just a conincidence...exactly when did they get put on? they leave corpses in wierd positions becasue they respawn so fast and spam the chat more than me! but they are easy to kill yay!

It's cool to have a ready-made game anytime you want it. And real humans are more inclined to join a server with ten players than one that is empty, so maybe it will increase the traffic around here.

Just curious, but what type of bots are you using, and what is their skill level set at? They can dish out some serious ownage! Also, it would be seriously cool to customize the bot chat with some classic Ville sayings!

Lol, me and thewz were playign with them for a while until we realized they were bots (5 people with pings of 5 all talking with binds lol). The pyro has amazing aim, he can kill you in at most 2 ic rockets. (Hehe, they have very poor spycheck though, mwahahahaa)

They are alot of fun and they do seem to help fill up the server.. Personaly if saw an empty server i wouldnt go there. I kinda like the smack they talk

The bots are pretty customizable, all chat sayings can be changed. Right now they are running at skill level 2. Lower skill levels just affect there navigation. If somebody wants to add some classic Ville sayings let me know and ill send them the "Chat File" Or add them in myself.
