Hardware Guy is the short lived class from the beta days. He had a toolbox and threw screwdrivers and staples at people. His big guns were a router and a sandblaster.

Not to be confused with the "Hoser" character, a counter to the pyro. He upgrades mgs into fire hydrants that explode when the enemy are in sight. His big gun is the lawn sprinkler.
