Here is the "post as required" language post.

Please keep the language in your posts fairly clean. Using a expletive occasionaly is ok, but just sprinkling them thru your post for no reason is frowned upon.

So as your posting away, before you hit send, reread it and delete those GD's and 4 letter nuggets we all know so well.
