Metroid Prime

Ive had metroid prime for a couple weeks now and have logged 12+ hours and am 51% completed. my question is how the hell do you beat the god damned omega pirate. i blow up his shoulders and legs and then he disappears. i cant see him with x-ray or thermal visors and i cant figure it out. i scanned him and it said he is only vulnerable while cloaked but i cant see the bastard to shoot him. if any of you can please tell me how to do this it would be very helpful.

Allright, this big bastard does turn completely invisible with his damn cloak manta, you jsut have to deal.

When he does he'll call his buds down to fight you, start killing them, the Omega Pirate will walk over to the Phazon pools to put his plates back on, at this time he sucks pure Phazon into his body, you can see the phazon running up into his heart and veins....Blast at him with everything you got at this point with your most powerful weapons, Super missles, Ice Spreader, Wave Buster. Charged Plasma Blasts.

The Omega Pirate will get his armor back on and turn visible again, blast off the plates again and repeat the process until he croaks.

Remember to scan him and everything, or you won't be able to unlock all the galleries....Also if you still have trouble with him take some time to search out more Items, I think I fought him at 65-70%. Extra missiles and Energy Tanks are good for everything.

The toughest boss is still yet to come.

I was thinking of buying a GC to go with my xbox just to play Prime. I loved Metroid on my NES. Are there any other games that are super l33t besides that, that are GC only?
