I've been looking at screenshots from different computers in the forums and I noticed that some of them are different.
Here is a picture of the 3 different types I've seen:
Why are there different types of HUDs? My guess is that they are from different games or they downloaded a replacement HUD. I just was wondering because everyone I know has the same one as me(bottom example).

heyyy one of those is mineses! goto www.custom-tfc.co.uk and look in the hud sprites..DL one of those, and put in in the half-life\tfc\sprites folder and you will have a pretty hud...you can also make you own but thats a pain in the ass and ususalyl wont come out as good as a pre-made job..

WE HAVE THEM BECAUSE THEY'RE SEXY AND DEFAULT ISN'T!
That's my reason at least. You can also have different pictures/shapes for your hud, as well as different colors.

I don't care how sexy they are, I just need to know my health and armor so I can play the game. Maybe sometime I will d/l one of them just for fun.[/quote]
