I dont smoke but thats the most ignorant thing ive ever heard, I go to bars almost every weekend and the smoke doesnt bother me, and I cant even stand smokers. If you go to a place like that then you should know what to expect when you get there, if you dont like it dont go. Plain and simple. Do the words "free country" mean anything any more?????? _________________ Killing is my bidness ladies and BIDNESS IS GOOD!!!! |

IMHO, as a smoker, I think it should be the proprietor's decision.
He/she is making a living with that bar, or restaurant, and they should be able to choose if they want to allow smoking or not.
However, if they choose to allow smoking, I have no problems with there being separate areas for each. _________________

I smoke and by god the bar staff know it is damn bar too. If the bar says no smoking i drink about 20 bucks and go to smoke outside, get in my car, drive off, and they can eat my tab. Heh.

| I think it sucks. We have it hear and I hate it. Rather then banning smoking they should make it so bar owners have to install adaquet ventilation.... |

having a smoking section and a non-smokgin scection is like having peeing and non-peeing sections in a pool... lol in NYC you cant smoke in 99% of restaurants, most of NJ ones as well... while i dont go to bars much, i think its a bar and people smoke in bars, thats how it is _________________ my pic host-age died!

Damn I wish i was you. I get bothered by people smoking around me. I too get headaches that don't go away until i take like 4 pills of aspirin. It's weird, when I smoked (not cigarrette) I felt the opposite of when a person smokes besides me. I dunno. I just don't like my computer room smelling like cigarettes after my mom smoked in it. Maybe (grinds his teeth) If I give my mother a little liquid persuation then she will feel my pain : Muahahahahaha _________________

I discussed this in class today, i totally agree with the banning of smoking in public areas such as resturaunts! I dont know if it is a good idea for bars though, as most of the poeple in there smoke. _________________
