Marine Corp's General Reinwald was interviewed on the radio the other day and you have to read his reply to the lady who interviewed him concerning guns and children. Regardless of how you feel about gun laws you gotta love this!!!! This is one of the best comeback lines of all time.

It is a portion of National Public Radio (NPR) interview between a female

broadcaster and US Marine Corps General Reinwald who was

about to sponsor a Boy Scout Troop visiting his military installation.

FEMALE INTERVIEWER: So, General Reinwald, what things are you going to teach these young boys when they visit your base?

GENERAL REINWALD: We're going to teach them climbing, canoeing, archery, and shooting.

FEMALE INTERVIEWER: Shooting! That's a bit irresponsible, isn't it?

GENERAL REINWALD: I don't see why, they'll be properly supervised on the rifle range.

FEMALE INTERVIEWER: Don't you admit that this is a terribly dangerous activity to be teaching children?

GENERAL REINWALD: I don't see how. We will be teaching them proper rifle discipline before they even touch a firearm.

FEMALE INTERVIEWER: But you're equipping them to become violent killers.

GENERAL REINWALD: Well, you're equipped to be a prostitute, but you're not one, are you?

The radio went silent and the interview ended.

You gotta love the Marines.

What Kind of sheltered life has that prostitue errr um Reporter lived? Take her out to the sticks where kids are taught how to fire weapons before they are old enought to walk hehe.

Things like that make me laugh. they make me laugh because they are so true. They make me laugh becaue I'm a marine, and that's partly the reason why I joined. They make me laugh because my general don't take no shit from no one!!

That kicks so much ass it's hard to describe. General Reinwald is my new hero.

Let me tell ya, the stuff we did at boyscout camp is far worse than that! Aerosol bug spray + fire = BOOM! It's a good thing we had about 10 cans to play with

I went to YMCA camp and got pretty good with the .22s there, if the YMCA lets ya shoot, I certainly hope the marines and boyscouts will cooperate and let the kids try out the "ma deuce"

If they do, I think I'm gonna have to go back and try to rejoin the boy scouts!

Next thing you'll know they'll blame Tim Horton's on people gaining too much weight. They'll blame Robert E. Lee for hosting a violent game. They'll blame everyone who tries to get their spouse to play TFC with them. They'd say you are corrupting the family. Maybe they'll blame the good General on why people in TFC cheat. Maybe they'll blame him on why I can't find a decent job in Chicago too.
