I was confused about the whole Bin Laden reply until I actually tried to use the link i posted. That isn't the site i meant to post....

Try pasting the above URL into your browser, I got it to work that way. Trust me, its more humorous

Edit: The link seems to bring you to the main menu. The animation I intended to put the link to was 'Windows Really Good Edition', but there a couple other good ones on there.

Looks like they have modified their web server so that people can't link directly to the files from other sites, and it sends you to the main menu.
