On theville home page I connect to servers via the link on the home page. When I go to other clans home page ie: pwg I cannot connect to servers the same way. Why? _________________

I would have to say it depends how the other places code their site.
I know The Ville uses Half-Life Protocol 3.1. If they dont then it wouldn't work. _________________

A little history. It worked fine before I had to re-install windows ME and tfc. Since then it has not worked. I have half-life protocol 3.1 installed. Its as though there is something that I have yet to install but I don't know what. _________________

Actually 98 is not longer the best for gaming. XP or 2000 Pro have passed 98 with performance with games and is fully compatable.

BLue,
take a look on the site that your trying to use to link to game from. I'm pretty dure there is a link there to xplug. You will have to install and configure that for it to work. |
