Well, while I feel he may possess some of the qualities sought for in an admin on many other servers, I'm not sure he "fits the bill" as you say. I wouldn't be surprised tho, I've seen stranger things happen. Hell, give it to him and let's see what the kid is made of!!! Go for the gusto tiger, make us proud!!!!

Methinks this guy has turrets syndrome or something, I say a swift kick in the ass as opposed to adminship, but thats just me.
