Unzip the folder, place the unzipped file in your sierra/half life/tfc directory, now open tfc, at first menu screen you will see option for console, click console, type in playdemo final3, enjoy

ah.. yes. Ok, here's one way to get a console:
Go in the sierra/Half-life directory. Find the HL.exe file. Clicking on the right mouse button on HL.exe, create a shortcut.

Now, with the right mouse button, click on the shortcut, and choose "properties". In the window that appear, in "Target" write this :
"C:\SIERRA\Half-Life\hl.exe -console", (without the "") then choose "OK"

(assuming your sierra is in C: of course).
Now double click on the shortcut. Custom your game to TFC. YOu will see in the opening menu a new option called "console". Go there and do what BRN told you.

Bingo
