When i Create A Game, it adds the master servers and all that stuff, then right before i go into a map to practice it, i get this message after the screen shuts off half life and goes back to desktop. this is what it says "Tried to create message with a bogus message type (0)." Can anyone help, see what is wrong?

You will probably have to go into your halflife folder and manually take out every neo file.
