Overflowed?????

Maybe someone can help me out...

Was playing on TV4 the other day, and all of a sudden the game dropped out into the console where "punk_fix overflowed" was displayed.

I've never had this happen before.

I play on dial-up, but usually when my connection gets shoddy, the "connection problem" thing pops up on the screen and I get booted out to the desktop.

Anyone know what causes this "overflowed" thing? Is it packet loss or a connection problem? Maybe something else?

That happened to me a while back. Turns out it was my ISP choking my cable line for some reason. I called them and they reset their router (after much discussion) and I was fine.

Ah... Sorry about posting in the wrong forum. Just realized the new "tech" forum was up. Nice.

I've been searching for this on the 'net and the only thing I can pull up on Google are European sites, which of course, I can't read.

I figured it was a connection problem of some sort.
