Can anyone help?

I am having difficulties playing on my favorite server TV1. The reason being....ping time. Is there any @home employees playing here that can look into something? I will put my trace route up here. I don't know why I am routed through @home. I am not even a subscriber to them. Or am I not looking at something right? I can't connect hardly anymore below a 500 ping. Just started happening over the past 2 weeks or so. As with most isp tech support people, they say they can't do anything. I just wondered if there was somebody knowledgeable enough that may have ties with them, that could help.

I don't work for them, nor am I knowledgeable.

However, I find Speedguide.net and dslreports.com to have great forums with smart techy people for figuring stuff like this out. Speedguide even has an online gaming forum for this type of post. Of course, there might also be someone around here to help.
