I go into this Brazilian electronic store, me knowing no better, this place is not like most common places to shop for computer accessories. (This places is smaller than a house). The clerk approached me and I told em I need a 'plug in thing' for my monitor. He ends up giving me a pci video card. Its all good, i think. "That will be $13.13". I walk out with a lil smerk. I happen to pass by Eddy's house, a friend of mine who's big on computers. Anywho, he happened to be there and i dropped by to say hi. He realized that I was carrying something. I told him it was a video/graphics card. I let em look at it and he told me, "son, this is a rip off". I said how come? "This is a 4mb card". All of a sudden my head goes poof , he told me he sells better video/graphics card than this. He's even selling ATI Radeon graphics card. I question his abilities on how the hell he gets these expensive accessories. Anyways, he told me "you better return that $*** because i can sell you graphic cards better than this cheap a$$, and still in its unopened wrapper-box". So i returned it, before i did I had to give an excuse. I got my money back. Eddy has saved me from another delema. (He'll also be helping me administering my server when its completed).

So what's am I trying to say you ask? Well, if there's anybody out there that has the urge of buying something just to get good performance, please think twice about the quality that you're buying before you actually buy it. Otherwise, your car might end up without an engine, your computer will crash everytime you turn it on, your vacume will not clean properly, etc.
