How do i show a pic in a post?

the picture has to be somewhere ont he internet (on a website or something) and then you have to link to it here. Most sites like 50megs and geocities dont let remote linking, but if you do find one you have to find it's url (you can do this by right clicking on it and choosing properties) and then when you post hit the img button at the top (so there is a [img] box) then enter the url and then hit img again ([/img])

Example:
A picture's URL is http ://www.theville.org/mongooseis1337.jpg
you post and hit Img, paste in the URL, then hit *Img
it should look like this:
[im g]http://www.theville.org/mongooseis1337.jpg[/img]

Hope that helps and doesnt confuse you (as it confuses me as i read back over it

you can also go to your profile name and place a link there if u own or have your own web site space... otherwise like chan and Mongoose_Slayer says they have good tips here and pointers on helping!!
