I downloaded half-life model viewer from http://www.swissquake.ch/chumbalum-soft/
and proceeded to install it. I went to open it in it's folder and the hourglass appeared for about ten seconds, and then nothing happens. I cant open it at all.
I uninstalled it, re-downloaded it from another site and after installing it again the same thing happens, i cannot open the .exe!
does anyone know what the problem is

I just noticed that it is running, just not responding or anything(by using ctrl+alt+delete)
I tried restarting my computer twice too, no progress
