I'm taking a vacation of sorts. After having to piss with my brothers living over Half-Life and its mods(not a bad thing mind you, but they shouldn't have to fight over it) and just generally developing a bad attitude due to the obsession of it, I've uninstalled Half-Life.
I'll still be in the forums, just not in game for a while. While I'll more miss playing The 'Ville servers more than anything, especially since there's a Neo for me to mess with and adjust to, I think this is the best(possibly only choice) for now.
I can't accurately say when I'll be back in game, but since I'll be recieving my own computer upon graduation, I can at least guarantee that I should be on by May with the help of a custom Alienware system. Mmmm, custom computer.

From an older person's perspective, family is the strongest bind there is!! I have 2 younger brothers and growing up it seemed like they were a pain in my arse but with age comes maturity, usually. My brothers and I would do anything for each other now. God forbid anyone did anything to hurt any of them. If you don't already then you will soon learn to love them more than you'd ever imagine.

Yup, my dad actually said that. Turns out, before I was born, my mom honked angrily at a van. The back opened up and out came some big, burly guys, who walked over to the driver side window, showed their badge, and politely asked, "Please stop honking, ma'am. Thank you."
My dad remembers that and laughs whenever it comes up. |
