tell me pleaaase that my scanner isn't broken.. ok, recently when i scan anything, all that shows up... is yellow, no other colors. and as of now i don't hvae the money to get it fixed or buy a new one, anyone know whats wrong/ what i can do???

my friend already did.. while iw asn't there, hopefully he didn't screw it up but basically he says the " color receptors" are shot or something along those lines, as for the model # i don't know f\right now, i'm in someone elses room but it is a umax

| My moms scanner did this, I think what she did was she had to clean it or change the light im pretty sure it was one of those two |
