BK had the best combo of frags and bonus points, and Giz guessed correctly that my string of aliases were characters from Dr. Suess stories.

I learned a lot of things this weekend:
- The Ville is a great place to play - duh!
- The stats haven't made a huge difference in general gameplay ... yet
- But I can see the stats affecting the play of some of the better players here - and not for the better
- This place is more fun after hours - people do the silliest stuff after midnight EST
- Noob's aren't as harassed as I thought, but neither are they helped. Mostly they're just ignored.
- I cannot, for the life of me, play effectively as a demo! I want to get in and rumble too much or something.
- I really don't like Warpath and Dustbowl - Why did TVIII have to be down this weekend?
- Keeping track of what other people are doing is nearly impossible

I actually noticed a lot of good team play, but I know I didn't catch everything. Here are a few of the notable things I saw:
- Team switching to even teams, & balance skill
- Tossing flags to teammates
- Complimenting the nme on nice shots, good nade tosses, and just plain good moves
- Switching classes to help out team - demo for blowing tunnels, etc.
- Spontaneous CBAR fights!
- Wearing TPF tag
- Offense switching to defense when asked to help out
- General good manners - Saying Hi, Gentle reminders not to kill spawners, Wrenching each other's SGs, and a lot of infection healing

Stuff I was disappointed by:
- Chat spam
- Cussing
- Getting upset because someone on your team got in your way while you were trying to conc jump out of the gate on Warpath! You gotta be kidding me!
- Too many snipers shooting from just outside the door at cap 3 on warpath, and then running back in to respawn at the first sign of trouble
- And of certain note: I played most of the time as myself, skill-wise (below the TYO line ) but I played one game as "Mastah of Disastah", a n00b. No one blasted me for shooting my teammates, and SGs, but no one answered my questions either "How do you make a grenade explode instantly?" "How do medics fly?" "Where are the grenades?", etc. I was hoping to get infected so I could run into respawn

I debated putting names with the actions above, but decided not to at the last minute. There are certainly some good people that deserve recognition, but they do what they do not for recognition, but just because they are good people. Plus, I didn't want to hurt someone's feelings because I didn't happen to catch them doing something right, or I did catch them doing something wrong.

Anyway, it was a fun weekend for me. Congrats to the new Silver Members! I'll work out the details with Rob, and we'll PM you with your membership info.

Good Job Wood, I agree with TYO its guys like you that make the Ville a great place to be.

I do question TYO's sincerity though since you did mention that your below the TYO line in your post and he is always happy to hear about people that are doing worse than him.
