OK, this is obviously just me because i've seen others already wearing thier avatars again, but I can't seem to get mine to work. I'm trying to use the same one I had before the server jump, but after browsing and clicking submit I get this error message on screen

and then it kicks me back out the forum index page. anybody got any suggestions or explanations? its not a critical problem, just whenever.
