I've started upgrading my "crapbox" I got myself a geforce 3 (I would have gotten a geforce 4, but I don't have very much money, and I don't want to spend all of it on a 3d card). I also got 512 more megs of ram. I never knew computer games could look so beautiful! I'm used to playing at 10-20 fps, but I was getting 60-70 fps today in tfc! Everything looked so fluid. Another great thing is that now I can finally play gta3 and pretty much all the games that have come out within the past 6 months Woohoo! W00T!
The only thing I need to get now is a new cpu, I'm going to get a p3 1.1 ghz (the best my mother board can handle) |
