This is the last of the newb escaping me here, so here goes. What is pot shooting? What is this TVL thing I have been hearing so much about? And finally, how do you bind phrases to keys? Thanks in advance.

pot shooting as far as i know.. its a league term where the o shoots o as they run past, an easy shot they get off when they shouldn't be shooitng each other.. a league term.

ahhh TVL is the ville league not in it don't knwo much about it.

to bind jsut type in console

bind <key> "say whatever the heck you want to"

for instance i ahve one thats
bind 8 "say_team SG down, go do some stuff and whatnot"
bind 9 "say Health{%h} Armor {%a} nice fight %i !!!"

with %h showing health you have and you can figure out the rest.

they can also be changed in your config file in tfc folder.. jsut eb sure to back the file up before cahngin anything.

Pot shotin is league term made up So that its easier to cap as offensive
boohoo theville is far from a league server and if it ever becomes a league server im gone...Chasin does get annoyin but if there in my base They must die!

if they get past the halfway point il let them be, nothing more annoyin then gettin the flag all the way back to ur base only to take a knife in the back right next to cap...

I find myself irritated by medics who kill me in their own base, then, 10 seconds later, I take shots from the same person in my own base. This really shouldn't annoy me, but I'm an irritable sort of chappie.

Well when you have the flag is different. I will chase your ass down with a shotgun in most cases, it's when i'm just running across the yard and some newbie sniper/hw/soldier shoots me, then turns, and shoots me more when i pass him. That's why i learned to bhop and conc though, so i can get past those yard defenders with my super jump speed h4x.
