looks quite a bit better when you have real molding, dont use a hacksaw blade held by pliers to cut it, and is your 2nd time doing something like this, no? heh

<--- Stares on in disbelief. Awesome job dude. Do you have a cold cathode in there? If so what color and can you take a picture in the dark with it lit? _________________

I'm trying to decide on the design for mine. Is that a kit or did you cut it free hand and run the chrome molding? _________________

lord no, kits suX0r, as do pre-modded (heh jk, just not my thing)...its also much cheaper to get the stuff yourself- i did it freehand using a dremel with the rotary cutting blade and routing guide at low rpm (Stupid tile bit shredded, the one for wood works better, why that is is beyond me), jsut eyeballing a general path, sketched on the back with a pencil...the chrome trim is very kickass, got it from www.crazypc.com ,its C shaped and flexible, can go on curves as tight as 2.25" or something, and it jsut sticks there becasue thers glue on the inside..that makes the edge even nicer after i ground it to get rid of most of the jaggies, and the plexiglass i picked up at home depot, 24"x24" for $4.50..that i just cut to the general size, and stuck right on top of the molding, with clear liquid nails adhesive all the way around...pressed it with a ton of nail kegs and boards with towells around it so not to scuff, and there it is, sweet looking mangle-hole...heres a close up of the back and how its attached on there
