Rob, why not reinstate the Pay Pal donations? I think more people would be inclined to drop off $10 or so every couple months than actually click a banner ad.

BTW, I like what you did with the Palm trees in Avanti! Server keeps gettin better and better.

Rob - I seem to recall a post of yours mentioning that we did not have to click on the banners- merely let them load up fully. this I have been doing.
Just one thing - who would actually click on the banners ??? The way I see it, most of the folks who pass through here know a little more than the average AOL noobie who believes everything they see. Quite frankly, the banners which pop up here are all for completely braindead trash that anyone with half a brain knows is either too good to be true, or a scam to get your email addy.

Sorry for the rant, this is in no way indicative of the way I feel about The 'Ville servers. I say if you need money, let us know and Paypal will speak for us. I was one of the first to send with Paypal, and if neded will gladly do so on a regular basis. Lastly - wtf is "Active Install" by Greatnet - there is a pesky popup that I refuse to install on my machine.

Tell us where to send our checks! We want to give you money, are you daft!! Take it already!! I definately wouldn't mind contributing the ville fund if it would get rid of the ads. Quite frankly, I always close them when I enter the site, i'm sure many other people do the same thing. Are we benefiting from this? Let just do it the old fashioned way, who knows...we come up with enough loot for TV5...
