OMG can I sooo relate to that. Since I sell the Directv DSL I get some ID10T's that think they are calling for the TV. They want to order the sports package, the want the TV, the want to ask a few questions that are stupid. People assume we give them WEB TV for christsakes! If I mention static IP...takes 10 mins to explain in idiot what it is. Good Lord what have I done to deserve this?

As general tech support goes I can verify that this not only happens with internet but any application you call for, I like my job but hate the people, coincidence?????
