Hey im wonderin how can i speed up my server's performance besides gettin a new computer with a Intel Pentuim 4 processor wit a 2.5 ghz speed and a memory of 512  . This is wat my computer has:
Intel Pentuim 2 [Celeron] 
466mhz 
7 gb hard drive 
and very low data cache 
ack maybe im stupid enough to run such server at these minimal requirements, but if anyone has any suggestions ,plez tell me, thx.

You could try the HLDS Ping Booster.. It seems to help a little..

hmm me thinks for my self also on running a server CJP but does have it going right at this moment.. just trying to save some and get a better back up computer to help me out  ... hehehe best of luck to u and running your own private server.. i check your earlier today but nobody was playing  heheh sorry i missed you in your own server and aim chatroom this afternoon
maybe sometime soon this weekend !!! |
