color schemes on phpbb

how do you change the color schemes on phpbb? This is my first time using it and I am a little lost about the color schemes. I look where I think they would be, but I don't have any options. Do I have to dl something?

They have a few color schemes listed on the phpBB website. I had to make this color scheme since this color is rarely seen.

Thanks for the help. I will check there and if I need anymore help with colors and that I will ask here for suggestions. I may also ask for suggestions about my site once I get closer to having it done.
