i was just watching this driving program "good driver"

and they tell you a law that they think ppl wont know -- they tell ya one every week

this week it was:

if your a UK resident and ya get caght speeding -- you'll get a caution a £60 fine and 3 points on your license

but

if your not from the UK -- say on holliday here from abroad and you get caught speeding then all that will happen to you is that you'll get told off -- nothing else

We generally cane the foreigners into submission here and then put them in stocks so everyone can pelt them with rotten fruits and vegatables.

and who says the US isnt compassionate!!
