Thank you Rob for the great amount of fun I had on TV1 and TV2. Even though we have lost two servers...the community of TV will remain strong.

Thanks Rob for all the great times that you allowed all of us to have on TV1 and TV2. A lot of us, including me, learned a lot of what they know from those servers, but will learn more yet at the other servers.

Alas...Avantiville is where I found my TFC home. Although I didn't stay at the time I remember stopping at a crazy server that had these nutty purple tentacles in respawn

. Needless to say, it freaked me the hell out. When I next returned There were palm trees and a nice beautiful sunny sky. That was in October of last year. In that time I have enjoyed meeting many many new people, and making many many new friends.

I will miss TV 1 and 2, and as Kyulu said so poignantly with his picture, RIP.

Even though TV5 is going to change to a 24/7 all Avanti. It won't be "exactly" the same. I just realized that me and SilverOne have been playing TFC since July of 2000 making this two years of TFC. I remember when avanti came out and we used to play it on Orbital Frame. Well a month later Orbital Frame went down and we needed a new home. Avantiville was it. The rest was history. From Buford Pusser nearly banning me like a Darkw0r (did I just say that?) on day one to now being an admin and being a part of TVB.

This is not the end of an era, but the start of a new chapter for all of us. The Ville will go on.
