Why does't "/skill" work for me?

I have been tring to use /skill for sometime now, but it just does't seem to be saying what my skill is.

Everyone else works because they are always typing in skill, but every single time I type it it does not say a thing back to me about my skill.

For some reason it only doesn't work with the TVB tag
Could be to do with the "{}" around it

I don't think {} is the problem. Cause me and my troopers use these brackets too and when I type /Skill, it works sometimes and it doesn't sometimes. Oh well.
