OK, this is in honor of our beloved Mayor, Robert E. Lee. Halloween is the Mayor's favorite holiday, more than Christmas or Thanksgiving! The Mayor usually has a big Halloween party, scares the hell out of all the neighborhood kiddies with his elaberate scary stuff. Maybe we can get him to post some of last year's photos of him dressed as a pimp. (On 2nd thought, maybe not.)
