So... you are going to cap the command center, right? And you decide to jump as you cap, right? Or happen to be blown onto the point rather than run on it? It force respawns everyone, but doesn't count the cap, and the person still has the flag who just capped. Not many people play this, but just remember... try to land on the point, and not go above it.

it was probably a little trick that Greebs and Cstone added just to annoy us! LOL! I experienced that last night and we couldn't figure it out.

i didn't realize that happened -- it must b so anoying if your being chased and your jumping to make it harder to hit u -- cos it wouldn't count as a cap -- sob sob -- i'll have to walk over it next time i get it

once my f'in connection is sorted out -- i been pestering my service prov about it and am waiting a reply -- cos my comp auto disconects after a few mins even if im using the net -- nw thats not right is it -- and i keep getting a pop3 error which prevents my comp from recieving amy data -- how anoying

Just thought I'd add a comment to show I'd seen this:-

Wasn't aware of this bug, nor do I know any reason why it should happen, the cap point is essentially the same as any other.

Mind you even if I did know what caused the bug I wouldn't rebuild the map - would mean everyone would have to re-download it.

Best bet is to just avoid it.
