How did the flag even get in there? And there may have been a way to get the flag out if part of it was showing, I don't know.

lol Trigger, that green and blue square thing is my sniper dot. It's not the most pretty thing in the world, but it's easy to see so I won't run into a sniper's way, and it's also easier for me t snipe with.

As for how the flag got down there, I have no clue. I saw someone on the balcony try and jump the edge, only to be shot to death by a sniper. The flag is now either near or on the balcony's edge. I turn to fight someone and when I look back, it's sunken to the bottom! I don't think it is possible to get it out, since as far as I can tell, to pick a flag up you have to touch it's center.
