Well, at school I am on one of the fastest and largest university networks in the country, and when I am at home, I am one of like 6 people in my neighborhood with cable. Very fast at both locales

Well, I'm on a 1024Kb DSL, it's great now that I'm the only one using it. (I get a whole flippin' month of FAST, after 8 months of SLOW... when it was SLOW, I actually went *back* to 56K, it was better)

It's enough to make ya hit the bottle.... #Beer

I have a 1500/128 connection, that has been tweaked to hell. I get 1300+/112 (I believe, either that or 108) on all speed tests. I pretty much max out the thing, if you include pppoe, atm, ethernet, tcp, and the ip headers. My connection owns

I have a cable connection. Not sure of what # mine is as far as speed but just look at my pings . I know I'm paying thru the nose for my connection but I wouldn't give it up. Once you go cable you will never go back to anything else. I've been ruined, heheh .

I had dsl but my Mom changed her phone number that leads me stuck playing 56k for a week or two. The pain, the anguish, the withdrawls, it hurts! It's cool, with 56k it just reminds me to have fun out there. GL HF? Heard of that before? It's cool I guess and when I get my DSL things will be more interesting. Unlike Pig! He can stand the 56K spikes and I give him props for that man Oh and my sister got some awards Sheesh. She's getting better awfully fast Oh well, off to playing 56k cya fellas #Crazy

NTL broadband reaches Glasgow, and I use the 512 service (512down/128up). Now, if only they would start digging up the streets of some poor little area not far from Stirling...

Wow, that's expensive Here it's £25 connection then £25 per month. I thought it was like that in all places. The 1M service is £50 per month, i believe, but I belive the service I'm on is actually capped closer to 600k , so I'm staying put. Too bad I have to go to University in September, where my TV1 ping will go from 120-150 to over 200

I have DSL through Earthlink/Mindspring. It has its good moments and its bad moments. I would get Cable, but everyone around here has problems with it. But hey, anything is better than 56k.
