Bases is a bit to big and open for me.

Openfire is pretty awsome actually, but the Laser button and the flag are awfully close to each other... Ah well. Still a great map.

I hate openfire just cause of the water area. You have to be at just the right spot to jump out, and then once you get out, the ladder can be hard to jump on cause of the slanted walls around it. Add to that, the original openfire (minus the _l), had a weird sound bug where the whole map would sound like an echo.

Needless to say, there are tons of better custom maps than openfire_l.

yeah i know ex...stowaway_l and monkey_l, but that map is the first league map on the ville and wanted to see what people thought.

it quite roX0rs, i love the setup, and its a somewhat smaller map, so the fighting is fast and furious, and you can get some nifty concs in and out to the flag..the open and exposedness of the flag makes you play D or else, and its a great map to D the flag, but the button makes your D objective mroe spread out...

I like it a lot. But sometimes, it seems like I'm the only one on O against like 4 other D. It's very frustrating, since this map almost requires that you have more than one O.

I dunno, it's a lot of fun if people actually try to get the flag and button.

I guess it's easier to play D than O on that map.

I seem to like all of the league maps including Openfire_l. For some reason the league maps are always more competitive even when playing for fun. My favorite one is Stowaway_l though. Gotta be one of my favorite maps of all time
