ICQ pager and online status indicator

Remember the cool ICQ status indicators and pagers that theville used to have so you could page an admin ?
Well I have been looking on icq's horrific b site, and cannot find the same pager.
Anyone help ?? - If you have it on your site, you can send me the html.
Oh yeah - also, I am sure php offers a small "vote" box option - would it not be fun to have a vote box on the frontpage of theville.org. ?? If you have screwed round with php, you know what i mean

Maps, song of the day, map settings, future events, vote players most improved, most respected class, most played class, funniest slogan, favorite ice cream, kibbles or bits?,boxers or briefs?
just to name a few.
Worth the effort I don't know but I'm sure it could be used for somethings if implemented.
