[OSU Snipe Shocker]

So, my prof asked us to write about more "worldly" "Abstract" ideas.

This poem is definitely more "worldly" but i am not terribly happy about it.

Its called Unity, and it is about the European Union. I don't keep up too well on the news, so some of the facts might be terribly off base

Golden Stars
Perhaps the end to problems
in the Old world.

Economic Stability,
So it says.
Revocation of rights
So it does.

Sovereignty Surrendered
One money
One people
One euro

Is it necessary
to dissolve tariffs?
Is it necessary
To unite 12 countries

Free Trade
Citizens Europe
Approximation Legislation
Common Lands

Privacy gone
Unity Replaces
Solidarity Achieved
At what cost Victory
