Ok can someone tell me how to do a custom spray because I don't know how and I missed the talk about it before and I don't get how to do it please someone tell me!!!!

Download Half-Life Logo Creator from the files section. I believe it's file name is HLC-somthin or other.

Anyone know of a program that works for counter-strike because that one is only for halflife???

i use HLDecal Converter, goolge for it or something, and it handles all mods, CS included

Maybe that is why I couldn't get it to work. I have the CS version that only has the multiplayer games, and I have not been able to get HLC to work. Is there another program that works for the CS version?

Here's a link to one of many Color Spray Tutorials. This one has a lot of tips for making the spray look good in game.
It has a good discussion of transparancy, which can give you something more sophisticated than the standard block-shaped logo. Just about every spray I design these days uses transparancy in some way:
