Uninstalled and reinstalled HL from scratch using the 1109 full patch. Have resolved some problems (corrupt favourites, disappearing favourites, delay after exiting mplayer). I still have the problem of not being able to send voice comm because of TFC selecting microphone 2 when starting.

I have one problem that I am sure someone can help with. When I spray my custom logo, I hear the cool "Pssshhhht" sound, but cannot see my devastatingly cool logo.
I am runnin on 1024x768 res with ATi overflow patch and direct 3d.

The only way I fixed the pssssst with no spray was to reinstall halflife!

There may be another way but when I had the same problem There was no solution but that.

That's happens to me on occassion. When that happens, I'll normally create the file again and put it in my tfc folder. If that doesn't help, then their are servers that won't let you upload your own sprays (unless it has been changed, the ville 3 is an example). Also, make sure that it's not overly large or has anything that would mess it up. If none of this works, then you're trouble

I am still having trouble just getting my spray to work. I use HLC to create it, but after I create it, it never shows up in my spray can. I can't figure out why it isn't working as everyone says it should work automatically if you use HLC.

that happend to me when i made a logo that was too big, or not the sixe of a pre-existing logo already on the map (like a whack size of 16x384 pixels - heh banner attempt) i jsut resized the logo and it worked fine...has to be under 12228b i think to work
