"All Your Base"?

Does anyone know how to make the server-wide sound "All Your Base Are Belong To Us?"

I know you can type:

speak "All Your Base Are Be Locked To Us"

but that only lets you hear it, and no one else...but there seems to be a command that allows everyone on the server to hear it...does anyone know what it is?

Welll... Peniswinkle -used- too, i disbelieve it does anymore. The reason it was happening all the time when you were playing with me and we kept capping, is cause munkeyeye is a silly, silly admin.

Yeah...I figured it was an admin only command...grr! Oh well

It didn't used to be admin only, anyone could say it and it would go off. But you couldn't say it too soon after someone else said it, or the server would reply

"I think we should wait a bit, don't you"

Or something like that.

It's still on the server, but only a handful of people know what the keyword is. No, I'm not one of them.

And didn't the key work used to be peniswrinkle or something?

And I've always wanted to know, why isn't it " All Your Base Belongs To Us " instead of " All Your Base Are Belong To Us " ? It just doesn't make sense..

Thats the beauty and humor of it Omega.
It comes from a very old computer game imported from Tawain I think and that was the best english the creators could use.

All Your Bases Are Belong To Us

Now that is some funny sh*t because it was hard coded into the game. Doh!

I'm sure someone will post which game it came from too.

its from a game called "Zero Wing". I found this .gif that shows the scene where they say it, its kinda long so just wait for it.

Here's a site that has a bunch of pics of things that say this from buildings, signs, etc...
