help logos spray invisable

I use half-life logo creator and have had no problems until two days ago suddenly my sprays were gone. I can still hear the sound of them being applied. No picture shows up.
I redid the wad file and tried again and again still no picture just the spraying noise. Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

I guess my custom spray isn't uploading because all I see is the orange hl logo.

What happens sometimes is when you go to the customize screen and hit ok it will overwrite your custom spay with whatever spray is showing on your screen. You have to copy the pldecal.wad back into your TFC folder.

Don't just try redoing the wad file. Delete the whole fucker out of the folder. Then go in to your customize screen, it will remake one, and reset it properly in the code(engine(or whatever you want to call it). Now change it to something other than default.

Hop into a game and spray, you should get the spray you changed (*hint* use should have used something wierd like a pink tent for easier identification of it working properly). If you see that spray you chose, then you know the game is going to the right file and accessing it properly. Now go back into your Decal program (I use wally, I found it to be good) and make your decal again.

I did this to mine, when I had a similar problem, and it cleared it right up.

Well that didn't work either. Gave up reinstalled half-life and now works fine.

You're decal probably isn't in the proper format. Go to http://www.wally.com and get their wad explorer...it has a built in decal editor and will tell you if your decal is non-compliant. All else fails, e-mail it to me at verga@bfd-tfc.com and I'll fix it for ya.

Wally is the best wad creator - remember one thing though...if you go into the "customise" menu in multiplayer, remember to exit it by pushing ESC only - pushing ok will replace your exciting new wad file, and thus your spray will disappear

Well i used to have this problem too.....
what i did was deleted all those gay ass logos that come with the game and then made my spray and put it in the logos folder.
that pretty much solved all my problems!!!!
Also, on some servers they won't let you spray your on spray for some dumb reason. I guess there are ways to filter them and shit. LOL, cause mine ain't to pretty!

I've experienced the same problem. In my case the spray will become visible after a few minutes on the server playing. Perhaps you were expecting instant results the moment you logged on in which case you would see nothing, get frustrated, exit and try again? Wait a few minutes and see what happens.
