Why do people always assume you hurt your team if you try for something specific ??

I can assure you I didn't hurt my team in any of the games where I got 310 det pack frags, or my 42 dispenser night. I know I didn't hurt my team when I got the 38 gas kills, 59 Sg kills and 314 stabbings today.

I've done the ALL weapons challange before and I know ApacheEyes has as well, as have others. It is over a 7 day period and helps you learn a few other classes. Maybe if that is all you go for it might hurt the team but I think you are more likely to hurt your team by going random. But lots more people have taken the random challange, myself included.

OK bottom line, Team Play and Having Fun are equal. You don't have to sacrifice one to have the other. Random Challange, Daily Awards and ALL weapons club are just ways to add fun. Plus they challange your skills

It is alright to remind someone about TPF when they seek an individual challange, but don't assume they aren't helping the team.

I didnt hurt my team other than for about 2 minutes trying to get the rocket launcher kill. I had a spy ans a sully there and got a RL upgrade instead of tesla upgrade.

I guess I really meant that a few of the kills (Caltrop, MG detonation, etc) are either totally accidental, or you have to focus on that for a long time... I usually have about 30 different weapons kills in a week, so I know most of them are easy/common enough to get.
