POP-UPS!!!!

Yeesh. What happened Rob? It was so nice being ad and pop-up free.

I understand that you are trying to keep The Ville free for all, but is there any other way? I personally would much rather have banner ads than annoying pop-ups.

The popups ARE leaving but the banner ads are staying.

I would also prefer to not hear alot of bitching about this. They are only banner ads. I'm having them cut off the pop ups. Be thankful for that.

A click a day from every person could go a long way.

Good I hate annoying pop-ups, I can deal with the banners.. Are you going to put the banners in a diff. spot because they block the view of the drop-down menu?

Could you put the banner ads somewhere where they don't obstruct the menu, Rob? I understand that banner ads are the price we have to pay to have a free website. Hehe...price for free...heh. A small banner ad isn't going to keep me from my favorite gaming website. Don't complain everybody, it's really a small price.

I can deal with pop ups and ad banners, if that what it takes to keep theville running then I'll click away. There should be no whinning it's a free service. Rob could you give a rundown of how they work? Do you get paid by clicks? I notice you can sign up yo some of the sites for free. Do you get paid more if people do sign up? It doesnt take to much to get a hotmail addy and sign up to some of the spam list with a temp acount.

Hey Rob, the banner hides the top menu. When I bring down the current players or anything else, it appears behind the banner. I can't click on anything.

I use IE 6 and it doesn't appear on my screen that way. What browser do you use?
