I was looking at my list of weapons I had used to kill people and it listed "world"...was is that?...Is it when one of you grenade blows a piece of rubble and kills someone?

world = worldspawn, what you will see as cause of death from falling, or an NPC explosion (ie mortars on Dog1)

It's when you kill someone indirectly, like someone who is injured and doesn't apply a bandage. They bleed to death, but you killed them.

Sorry Snag Goldom is right it's when you fall and die or say a soldier or demo blows you way in the air and you come down and die.Splattttt!!!
