What has happened?

What has happened to the good ole days down on TV. It seems like every game I play in today someone is either flying through walls, the gravity is turned down, or my team looks like the village people (glows). Now, I get a kick out of having a fun night every now and then, but this is a little excesive. It's expesially depressing to see a spy pick up the flag from 1 in avanti, fly up into the sky out of everyones reach and score 2. Used to be, team play on the map goals was stressed. Now it seems like everyone is doing their own special thing and the team quality has been lost. Maybe we could cut back on using these commands?

What does everyone else think?
1. We should go back to the old straight up map play/team play.
2. We should have fun nights every once in a while and play straight up map play/team play the rest of the time.
3. We should have "fun" time everyday.

Personally, I'm not having any fun during this fun time.

Well, I was in one of the games you are talking about. Everything was put to a vote and the majority wanted it. TVI is all Avanti all the time everyday over and over with total team play. The majority of people just wanted to have a little fun so they voted to lower gravity. It rarely happens. I play here a lot and is rare that this happens. Nothing is changing or anything. Just some peeps that wanted to have a little fun. Sorry you had a bad time but you can't please everyone.

Yesterday on 1 it was myself and SilverOne wanting to change it up a bit.

Tonight I felt like it...everyone voted for it so I guess it was ok. I try not to take a fun game to serious.

Well, I did have fun with the low gravity. I could snipe!!! My major complaint is with people with no clipping scoring the flag. That just ruins the game, whether or not it's a fun mode game. Sorry to seem so negitive, I guess it just bothered me seeing the flag be capped by someone with such an unfair advantage. It's all good.

I always put it to a vote. The majority wins.
but.... I can see your point about the noclip, that is an unfair advantage and not fun (except for the lucky noclip guys)

Conditions to make me put up a vote for fun mode

1.) if the player(s) ask for it.

2.) If the current game seems senseless because one team is walking all over the other.

Also after running in fun mode for a little while I put up a vote to end it, incase everybody is sick of it.
